Great selection and great people to help you find the best gear for your use case I’ve noticed there’s a lot of people that complain about the $19 shipping fee, here’s your place where you don’t have to pay. hot tip, right now they’re having an up to 50% off sale and they still have a decent amount of inventory left

Over the course of two days I received impeccable and personalized service from Sebastian. He mended a beloved sweater of mine while my partner and I shopped, and then also helped direct another one of my older garments into their recycling program, where he informed me that the base-layer will be donated to a local community initiative. (Vancouver is currently in a cold snap, so I'm happy to know this) I was kind of indifferent to Patagonia before this, but after dealing with Sebastian, it's quite obvious the brand practices what they preach when it comes to their gear. 5/5! We will be back.

This store is great if you haven’t been! One of two corporate Patagonia stores in Canada! Huge selection of mens and women’s high quality outdoor gear! The staff are super friendly and helpful! They know the products and do what they can to help you out! If they don’t have your size and choice of colour in store they will assist you to order online. The quality is fabulous and long lasting. If they is any defects with your item it has a life time warranty, drop it off in store and within 6-8 weeks you’ll have it back with the needed repairs! Zippers stitches etc. don’t be afraid of the cost, the quality remains after the price is forgotten!

It was on my list from so long but never had time to visit this store. Finally went there this week and I wish I could buy everything 🙈. Better than online shopping if you’re not sure about their sizing, because I usually wear size small and medium, but ended up buying large for me. So if you never bought anything from them before, in store shopping is best option.

Every worker was nice except this one worker. When I asked her about the down jackets she was rude and unhelpful. I asked her what would be the most popular winter coat for Vancouver winters and she said she didn’t know and that there’s not really any popular ones. She left me feeling like an inconvenience and I was willing to spend $300 on a jacket but not after this rude, unhelpful interaction.

I’ve been wearing Patagonia clothing for almost 30 years now and I was looking forward to visiting this store. We don’t get to Vancouver very often, but we’re returning from India and had a day to play. They were having a %40~%60 sale, so it was quite busy on a Thursday morning with lots of deals to be had. The staff looked very busy, but were really helpful and answered all our questions. There was a LOT of products available, but you had to look for the things you wanted … it seemed like a year end sale with everything was put on the floor to make room for the new season/year. I would have loved to spend more time in this wonderful store just looking around and soaking it all up, but it felt a little hectic with the sale going on and all the bargain hunters. Patagonia’s quality and ethics speaks for itself so I would highly recommend visiting this store if you get a chance … or miss the crowd and visit their website!
